1985 – Opened first Sizzler restaurant in Australia and 50th KFC restaurant
1989 – First food court restaurant format for KFC introduced
1992 – Sizzler expanded into Asia
2005 – Management and funds advised by Pacific Equity Partners acquire Collins Foods. Headquarters moved to Brisbane, Australia
2011 – Operating 119 KFC and 26 Sizzler restaurants in Australia and 59 Sizzler restaurants franchised in Asia
4 Aug 2011 – Lists on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:CKF)
2013 – 42 KFC restaurants acquired in Western Australia and Northern Territory and makes investment for 50% ownership of Snag Stand business
2016 – Acquired 13 KFC Restaurants in New South Wales and Victoria and the remaining 50% of the Snag Stand business
Dec 2016 – Expand to Europe with acquisition of 12 KFC restaurants in Germany
Mar 2017 – Expand to 16 KFC restaurants with acquisition of The Netherlands
Jun 2017 – Acquired 28 KFC restaurants in Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia
Nov 2017 – First Taco Bell restaurant opened in Annerley, Queensland
Nov 2020 – Closure of remaining Sizzler restaurants in Australia
